I am down to 159 lbs from 175! Yeah!
I cut down on carbs and fat. I am watching my portions and I am not eating as much sugar. I downloaded ITunes and started dancing vigorously in my living room. I am also trying to be more active everyday. Dancing is cool cause I can dance all day. I incorporate hip hop and arobics, kicks, ballet. I just move fast and have fun to the music.
