I have been hovering at 155 for about a week and a half. I haven't been moving enough and I also have had horrible sugar cravings. I went to the store and bought a bunch of my favorite fruits and veggies to distract me from sugar cravings. Can you believe I found 4 artichokes for $2 at Trader Joes! I bought 8. They are going to be so good with dinner tonight.
I will move more
I will eat better snacks
I will eat more balanced meals
